THANK YOU and VERY ASSISTANT staff, my plane was delayed by 1 day, the hotel easily changed my reservations for the next day and I had an expensive apartment for which I thank you very much, without any additional costs:) delicious food at the hotel! incredible cleanliness and beautiful smell:)

in front of the hotel bidding for taxi fares... It shocked me very much, terrible pulling behind the taxi ride and THIS BEFORE THE HOTEL, IT WAS VERY LIKE, the hotel should change it, prevent something like that in front of their facility.

Excellent location, luxurious amenities, and attentive staff. Late check-out was granted upon request. Complimentary bottles of water provided in the room. Friendly service at the front desk and helpful concierge. a pleasant experience with top notch service.

The complete but small gym reception sad and old, little light in the bathrooms, beware of the charges tried to charge something over the mini bar

there are 2 people who take care of the pool, the first one of asian origin very unpleasant (when you ask him anything it seems to bother him) the other one really admirable western very considerate and attentive

Our group of friends had a memorable stay in a hotel near a convenient MTR station that made exploring the city a breeze. We were also thrilled to find ourselves just a stone's throw away from the best shopping malls on the island. The proximity to the airport express made our arrival and departure smooth and hassle-free. Not to mention, our room boasted a breathtaking view of the harbor, and the modern bathroom and impeccable service added to our overall experience. The diverse breakfast options and top-notch facilities were icing on the cake.

One aspect of our stay fell short as we encountered a minor issue with the temperature control in our room.

very nice place, in the centre of Hong Kong. The staff is friendly and attentive. The bed is comfortable. The gym is fully equipped. The rooms are spacious enough. The office is very pleasant to use.

The rooms are very noisy, except for the ones located in the alley with a view of the building opposite. The rooms that have a view of the city or the bay are ultra noisy. You can hear the noise of the highway passing by. Moreover the bathroom is very small

The food and beverages were excellent, with standout dining experiences at Man Wah Chinese Restaurant, the Mandarin Grill, and Cafe Causette. The service was consistently excellent throughout the hotel. The in-room dining facility was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is elegant and high class. The breakfast was very good. The air conditioner was responsive.

The perfect service at Mandarin Oriental took my breath away. Upon arrival, a team greeted us at the airport, guided us through customs, and drove us to the hotel in style. The guest service team warmly welcomed us and check-in was painless. The super nice team, friendly, and efficient. Our room was immaculate with a fine view of the harbor. The hotel's restaurants had extensive menus and delicious food. The Captains Bar was a must-visit for its character and cheer. I highly recommend this place for the ultimate in customer service and a celebrity-like experience. I'll definitely be returning in the future!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Central HK. The location is perfect, being centrally located and close to many other buildings in the Central district. The hotel facilities are great, with modern and functional IT and entertainment systems in the rooms. The staff were friendly and professional, providing great attention to detail. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, with options to choose from. the hotel is conveniently located near the airport express, making transportation to and from the airport easy.

Hard to think of anything negative about this hotel. The experience was really good.

The service at this hotel was really good! The staff were pretty good too make us feel special and pampered. They knew our names before we even introduced ourselves and took personalized care of our room, including putting out pictures and a wedding video to celebrate our anniversary. they prepared a special toddler tent for our little one, filled with balloons and toys. The attention to detail and the effort to make us feel welcome was excellent.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, making it central to many other buildings in the area. It is also close to the best shopping malls in the island, perfect for indulging in some retail therapy. Furthermore, it is within walking distance of most of the classic downtown attractions, allowing for convenient exploration of the city.

The only downside is that the kids' pizza in the in-room dining was slightly dry.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way possible. the service was impeccable , every request we had was fulfilled immediately. the Spa & wellness centre was extraordinary, with amazing body wraps, full body massage and steam room. the indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and heated swimming pool were well, maintained and luxurious. the restaurant had an impressive continental breakfast with many special diet menus, and the bar/lounge area had a great snack/bar menu.

There was only one minor issue , while the location had many advantages and was in a great spot, some street noise could be heard from our room at night. But, this did not take away from our luxurious experience overall at this hotel.
